Senor Geologist

Job Description:

• The Company intends to establish itself as a major player in the precious metals mining field. The Company's goal is to produce significant cash flow from precious metals holdings while creating a portfolio of quality exploration and development projects that will ensure future revenue growth.
• The Company silver-gold project is processing ore and cash flow from this operation will make The Company self-supporting and provide the basis for future growth. The company intends also to advance the Company gold project. The Company is poised for significant growth with other advanced precious, base and industrial metal properties.
• The Company offers the opportunity for an individual seeking exciting, diversified, exploration and mining full time employment within the southwest United States. This individual will have the opportunity to develop, learn, and work jointing with more senior geologic staff and consultants.
• Geologic responsibilities will include but not be limited to oversight of drilling operations; log drill core; conduct geologic mapping; integration and interpretation of geological data; property evaluations, various reporting and other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Geology, M.S. degree desirable.
• At least 5+ years of experience with precious-base metal exploration including at  least 3+ years of experience in core and RC logging; geologic mapping; sampling; project planning; budgeting; managing drill programs; property evaluations; and various reporting.
• Strongly field oriented and the ability to travel throughout the southwest United States.
• Good computer skills including but not limited to the MS office suite. Computer experience with Arc GIS and Vulcan favorable.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral skills
• This Senior Geologist position will report to upper management. The salary will be dependent upon experience and includes benefits.
