COMPANY: Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing company which specializes in asset management intelligence. They provide products and services to large industry leaders in the mining, construction and transport. They specialize in developing revolutionary and cost saving models to minimize savings and maximize output. Their models and expertise is second to none with a strikingly accurate and proven success rate. 


ROLE: Our Client is looking for a Principal Advisor to join their team this role is a vitally important role and will require the successful candidate to identify business development opportunities, undertake account management of large corporate clients, and take accountability for the delivery and management of multiple analysis projects.


Duties entail:
  • Project administration to provide workload forecasts, track profitability and monitor performance to plan
  • Work with Business Development to identify further needs and opportunities within the client organisation
  • Working with the Business Development team to confirm the project requirements and ongoing expectations of the client
  • Working with the internal analyst team in a hands-on way to deliver the project outputs
  • Work with the analyst team to derive insights and shape the key insights for the client
  • Organise and participate in the site visits and client interviews required during a project
  • Work with the analyst team to improve the tools and processes for use in future projects
  • Be the client’s key point of contact for the project and work with a range of site roles to communicate the goals of the scope, adapting to new business needs, and acquiring the information needed for analysis
Skills required:
  • Professional qualifications in Engineering, Business or Accounting are highly desirable for this role, but not mandatory
  • MBA qualifications will be highly regarded but are not essential
  • More than five years experience in the mining or other physical asset intensive industry
  • Understanding or exposure of Asset Management would be highly desirable
  • Previous roles will include experience on operating mine sites and specific accountability in line leadership roles. Exposure to production or maintenance management will be desirable
