Basic Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree/University Degree in Business, Manufacturing/Logistics, or Engineering
Experience
- Eight or more years’ experience in operations management, with at least two years spent in roles leading and driving Continuous Improvement
- 7 years of project management experience
- Leadership experience at Manager or Director level
- Experience with highly complex business plan management across multiple geographies and countries
- Experience interfacing with both higher management and operational/technical personnel
Other Requirements
- Lean Certification
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Understands strategic implications as well as technical aspects of projects
Preferred Qualifications
Education or Experience
- Master's Degree in Business, Manufacturing/Logistics, or Engineering
- 10 or more years’ experience in operations management, with at least four years spent in roles leading and driving Continuous Improvement
- Previous Lean or Six Sigma or other continuous improvement experience
- Global experience maintaining relationships across multiple cultures

- Understanding of Six Sigma tools including basic problem solving, statistical problem solving, process capability, design of experiments, and statistical process control.
- A good understanding of financial measurements typically used to measure the success of CI initiatives.
- The ability to execute with decisiveness, determination, speed and confidence while requiring little to no follow up or supervision.
- Ability to guide and implement business unit plans and monitor performance to plan.
- Ability to effectively plan and organize
