Business Development Manager - Motor & Generators Service Sales

As a result of continued growth in the Resource and Manufacturing industries, you now have the opportunity for you to join this high profile multinational market leader as a key member of their expanding Motor Rewinding and Service business. With their product range being one of the most widely used in the industrial and Resource industries today, you will have the opportunity to service some of Australia’s most prominent organisations.
 
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager and liaising with the state service team, your role will be focused on the identification of client service requirements within their current install base whilst developing new business opportunities providing product support, preventative maintenance and field service. In addition to your knowledge of local industry, exposure to Project Management, Occupational Health, Safety & Environment and confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite will be highly regarded.
 
Ideally you will have a background in Motor Rewinding in addition to an in depth knowledge of LV, MV and HV Motors & Generators. Drawing on your previous service sales experience, you are a customer focused Business Development Manager who enjoys providing clients with a premium service. A strong commercial awareness along with proven sales skills is essential for this position in addition to an Electrical or Mechanical Diploma or Trade Certificate.
