We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to fill the following position as Recruitment Advisor. Based in WA this role will be involved in providing high level customer service and ensure that information provided to Senior Management is accurate, timely and in accordance with policy and procedure. The role provides a high standard of support and quality, and focuses on meeting agreed expectations and deadlines whilst gaining priceless experience from some of the mining industries top professionals.
 
Duties will include (but will not be limited to):

• Practice full 360’ recruitment process, for a hybrid desk of permanent and contract placements within the Mining, Oil & Gas & Resources industry
• Adhere to achieving set KPI’s and financial targets
• Perform innovative Business Development activities
• Client liaison and account management activities
• Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Conducting reference checks

As an ideal candidate you will have:

• At least 3 years experience within Recruitment in mining
• Experience in IR/ER, people management and HR systems and administration
• Tertiary qualification in HR or relevant subject
• Highly competent in MS Office Suite
