About the role...
Exception opportunity for you to join an expanding and rapidly growing team and IT Division leveraging your passion for Technical Business Systems Analysis with a focus on project work in the Resources sector (Oil & Gas). As the Business Analyst you will be a valued member of the Brisbane based team who consist of both IT & Business team members who just like you, are exceptional at what you do and passionate about the solutions and initiatives you contribute to each day.
Your Systems/Technical Business Analysis project experience will leverage your understanding of solving business related challenges in the supply chain, change management and performance improvement for systems, applications and databases across a significant internal technical environment. Working with technology including you will ensure that the business is maximising value from technology & investments in IT systems across the enterprise.
You will be influencing positive changes and pro-actively help manage the risks, challenges and continuous and expanding business and technology needs; and from the user perspective appropriately managing change.
About You...
You will have recently stepped out of a similar appointment and have an established career track record in Business Analysis and Process / Systems Analysis preferably within the Oil & Gas, Mining / Resources industry sector(s). You have implemented business change through technology and IT and have demonstrated your ability in improving business performance, systems, applications and efficiency as a project team member and valued contributor to change & continuous improvement activities.
You will demonstrate applications and systems analysis experience and preferred exposure and expertise with the integration of customized and standard application packages; with documentation and changes and updates communicated to the business and key stakeholder / project sponsors. You will be contributing to the success of the team, committing to the output and work produced to ensure satisfaction and expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
