Our client was founded in 1890 and now drills on six continents with the world’s largest mineral exploration fleet. They provide surface and underground mineral exploration, providing thier customers with critical information to make solid business decisions.

 An opportunity exists for an experienced EHS Field Advisor to work for a leader in drilling services and projects. This role will be in the company's Water Well division based in Wangara, with various visits required to numerous sites around WA. The EHS Field Advisor will be required to implement the company EHS management systems and programs and build a positive safety culture and deliver EHS performance improvement.

The EHS Field Advisor will be required to perform the key responsibilities:

• Provide practical guidance to help the operation meet the companies EHS Objectives and Policy requirements; statutory requirements; relevant Australian and International standards.
• Provide professional advice and hands-on support to ensure that field operations prevent environmental pollution through meeting minimum standards for environmental protection.
• Support operations to continually improve EHS performance
• Assist employees in understanding and meeting their EHS role and responsibilities and regulatory EHS obligations

Ideally we are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:


2-3 years similar experience
OHS/EHS Qualifications
Certificate 4 in training and assessment (Preferred)
Mining/Drilling experience
Experience with working in a team and working autonomously
