  • 5 - 10yrs operational HR exp ESSENTIAL;

  • Ensure integrated HRD systems are developed, implemented and maintained.
  • Oversee socio-economic development plans (CSI, LED, ED projects).
  • Oversee organizational development programmes.
  • Management support services
  • Identify HR projects aligned
  • Liaison with Head Office Consultants/HR Experts.
  • Project management of initiatives to improve HR services.
  • Provision of HR advice to Senior Management.
  • Effective negotiation and relationship building with stakeholders.
  • Risk management
  • Proactively identify any potential risks to the business.
  • People management
  • Manage own team’s performance
  • Recruit and select employees.
  • Manage employee relations
  • Train and develop employees
  • Customer relations
  • Manage internal and external relations, including the interface with external providers responsible to ensure business needs are met and employees are satisfied.
  • Provide relevant and specialised technical support to applicable stakeholders.
