HR MANAGER- LARGE INFRASTRUCTURE MINING FIRM

Key Responsibilities
* Provide guidance, support and solutions to workforce planning initiatives for projects in both the planning and executing phase.
Ensure the delivery of monthly HR reporting statistics
* Deliver effective and commercially valuable advice and services across a full range of HR and Workplace Relations issues.
* People - Develop capable, engaged & empowered workforce
* Facilitate and manage the Talent Management process, to assist in the reward and development of potential leaders of the organization.
* Manage the preparation, negotiation, implementation and review of Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
* Facilitate employee/company alignment, by aligning Position Descriptions, Performance Management and the Organisational Charts so everyone understands their roles, responsibilities and reporting lines.
* Manage the HR team and the effective delivery of HR Services to the business.
* Manage and develop a range of HR initiatives, work programs and specific projects, as directed by the Senior Management team and in line with the People Strategy for the business.
* Participate in employer, industry association and government groups/forums.

* Ensure compliance with the company's policies, procedures and maintenance systems.
* Provide a responsive, high quality specialist advice service to Senior Management on all aspects of the human resource functions, including HR/IR casework and organisational change
* Develop and promote effective and credible working relationships with managers, employees, unions and external agencies to ensure positive employee relations.
* Develop, implement and take ownership of the "Group HR Guidelines", in consultation with Senior Management
Qualifications/ skills required:
* Tertiary qualified with previous relevant industry experience essential.
* Strong IR knowledge required.
* Ability to work independently and autonomously reporting to National HR Manager in another state.
