Our client is one of the most desirable global strategy consultancy organizations, and they are looking for candidates across all levels to join their Engineering and Capital Projects service line in France, Russia, the Middle East, or South Africa.
Candidates should have deep experience working in any of the following sectors - Mining, Oil/Gas, Construction, Power Plants or Major Infrastructure projects greater than $100m in value i.e. bridges, large buildings, rail etc.
Our client is looking for candidates with 3-15 years experience in one of the following skills:
- Capital Allocation and Optimisation
- Business case concept/design
- Construction, commissioning and ramp-up
- Procurement and contracting
- Supply Chain/Operations/Lean within large Capital Projects
- Engineers - Civil Engineers, Project Engineers, Industrial Engineers, Drilling Engineers, Reservoir Engineers, Petroleum Engineers, Field Engineers, Control & Automation Engineers, and Geological Engineers.
Candidates must demonstrate exceptional academics, including a minimum 2.1 degree from a top university, and are likely to have a Masters degree or PhD although this is not essential. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent analytical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must have good leadership potential and a good business sense, with enthusiasm, confidence, and mobility.
