Construction Industry Manager
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain effective internal partner relationships and relationships with major customers to achieve desired sales and market share objectives. In conjunction with Operational Directors, develop and execute account strategies for specified accounts. Establish high-level relationships with key account decision makers so as to identify business opportunities and challenges. Serve as ESW's primary contact for assigned account business activities, maintain customer satisfaction with all engagements, and serve as liaison between Construction industry, [Company], and[Company] . Communicate all activities to the appropriate Operations Directors
Requirements:
- College degree or an equivalent ten years minimum of related industry experience.
- Senior level management experience.
- Preferred industry council involvement.
- Preferred post graduate education.
- Ability to develop senior level relationships.
- Must have excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Proven visionary leadership skills.
- Must have Sales skills and experience.
- Must have understanding of the product support business.
- Must have strong business development skills.
- Must have strong product and services knowledge.
