Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • We currently have an opportunity in our East Norriton, PA office for an experienced Project Manager to be a part of the Operations, LLC /Remediation Group servicing the Industrial, Environmental, and Federal markets in Self-Perform Construction services.  The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing, winning, and executing self-perform projects within each respective market. 

This position is also responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Manage the self-perform construction business and develop and implement a plan to align with corporate goals and growth objectives
  • Develop and manage the operating budget for the self-perform construction division
  • Manage client relations and support business development activities focused primarily on the industrial, environmental, and federal markets.
  • Oversight of construction/operations managers, including coordination and leadership of multi-disciplined teams (internally and externally).
  • Provide technical support and problem resolution to address Customer’s needs.
  • Develop clear, concise, scopes of work, project team assignments, budgets, and schedules for execution of projects.
  • Manage projects to successfully meet client expectations while achieving project schedules and budgets through your management team and through your direct efforts when required.
  • Lead efforts related to project procurement, estimating, and subcontracting and develop staff to allow for growth 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Internal applicants are encouraged and given preference
  • High School diploma with 20+ years of relevant experience; or
  • Vocational training with 18+ years of relevant experience; or
  • Associates Degree with 15+ years of relevant experience; or
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record and leadership in project management
  • Demonstrated ability to sell and secure new business and cultivate an existing client base for repeat business
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Focus on client satisfaction
  • Travel required
