Contracts Officer

As a result of the company’s continued success, an opportunity now exists for an experienced Contracts Administration Specialist to join the Underground Division.
 
Working closely with Project Mangers, the Commercial Manager, the Business Development Manager and reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a unique opportunity to join the best in the business and build a career as an underground coal mining specialist.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing processes to ensure performance of contractual rights and obligations by all parties in order to achieve best project outcomes. As such Mastermyne are looking for :
Previous experience in a commercial or contracts role within the mining, civil or commercial construction fields
Expertise in the preparation and evaluation of tender and contractual documentation
The ability to audit and analyse company contracts
Strong excel skills
