They are a dynamic business and have worked on many landmark projects across the globe.
The Canberra division is well established and one of the leading local PQS businesses and they are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
The Opportunity
Working with a small team, your role will be varied with a focus on pre-contract work such as cost planning and management and value engineering. There will be the opportunity to work closely with key Canberra clients and assist with submissions and business development.
For this position my client is looking for the following skills and experience:
Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar.
Demonstrated experience cost-planning on large commercial projects.
Demonstrated experience in general Quantity Surveying activities.
Excellent knowledge of construction commercial and contractual law.
The desire to forge a career with a leading PQS.
