Senior Manager Health

The purpose of the Senior Manager Health role is to lead the Mine's strategic direction relating to health matters across the business value chain whilst integrating health and medical functions into the organisation.

Minimum Requirements

  • MBChB or equivalent Medical Degree
  • At least 10 years relevant experience of which 5 years should have been in a leadership role within a medical services function

Job Specification

  • Accountable for Strategic direction relating to all Health matters across the business
  • Accountable for identifying health related risks and lead interventions to deal and minimise impact on business
  • Accountable for directing internal and external Stakeholders Engagement & Partnership related to health matters which impact on the business
  • Control of Group Health expenditure and health cover
  • Provide People leadership for all functions within Medical Services
