Recruitment Manager

Our client in the mining game is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their team in Johannesburg.

Minimum Requirements

Must have’s:
  • Must have worked in an agency before and understand how recruitment agencies work.
  • MUST have mining background (essential).
  • Mature.
  • Very driven.
  • Analytical – must be able to provide an analysis for recruitment in the mining field.
  • Must be innovative and creative in finding scarce skills. 
  • Must be willing to go into the various provinces in SA to network and head hunt. 
  • This person will be required to both head hunt as well as work with agencies to source scarce skills.
  • There is a chance of this position becoming permanent should this person add sufficient value to the organisation to motivate for it. But this is NOT a guarantee.
