Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of university

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Specific Skills: Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced, Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties

Work Setting: Manufacturing company

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence

A trade technologist / engineering background preferred with previous experience on electrical mining shovels – work on mine sites highly regarded – interpersonal skills important.
