Our client is a highly respected Australian EPCM. Medium in size when compared to the Multi and international giants, but large enough to tackle a broad spectrum of highly specialised projects all around the globe.
In fact, this organisation are so good at tackling designs for highly technical and complex metalliferous processing plant facilities that they have clients lining up to have access to the companies wealth of knowledge and expertise. They are pioneers in delivering modern technologies on major resource projects across commodities such as gold, base metals, iron ore, uranium, rare earths and industrial minerals.
A position now exists for a Principal level Mechanical Engineer to join the team. This role would suit an engineer who is at the 'top of their game' in design of minerals processing plant facilities (in particular precious metals). If you would like to be challenged to your fullest ability and rekindle the passion for engineering design from grass roots then this role it is.
This is an environment where your contribution will count and you will be relied upon for your experience, skills and knowledge in Mechanical Engineering for Minerals Process plants. You will be involved in interesting and challenging projects seeing them through from study phase to detailed design.
Requirements for the role;
- Bachelor Mechanical Engineer (RPEQ or CPEng would be advantageous)
- 7 years minimum experience in Mining Process plant design
- Team player with good communication skills
