As an experienced practitioner with 4 years + PAE gained from a mid to top-tier and significant front-end expertise, you will be confident in servicing the firm's broad selection of commercial clients, ranging from I.T., electronic and telecommunication companies to national manufacturing, pharmaceutical and sporting goods producers, to global mining, resources and engineering firms to name a few.

There will be a mix of matters available to you, from providing advice to clients on how to protect sensitive information, to negotiating and drafting licenses and agreements concerning the transfer of technology between companies. There is also ample scope for work across practices, on matters such as the preparation of IPOs for start-ups or assisting with the preparation for resolution in matters of infringement.
