Our client is a multi national blue chip contractor with a long established history in the delivery of successful high value build and civil infrastructure projects. They currently have an exciting opportunity available in their civils division for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run a new mining project over four year duration. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced whom is looking for a bigger challenge or that next step up in project value to manage.


Your duties and responsibilities will include:


Undertaking the valuing of variations and potential variations.
Financial control.
Feasibility analysis, tender documentation and bill of quantities
Forecasting, cost planning and client reporting
Measuring
All cost estimates.
Managing Staff
Applicants will need to possess a degree in either Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Experience of Cost X software would be preferable.


Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential.
