The successful graduate will be required to:
To provide administrative support to the Human Resources Advisor and Department in relation to all HR procedures and practices
Nature of work undertaken:
The successful candidate will join a dedicated Human Resources team, working closely with the HR Advisor to achieve the department objectives, with a real emphasis on quality, accuracy and professionalism. You will be provided with training and support from within the company and it is also expected that support will be available from the UCP project with mentoring and training to help fill any gaps in knowledge or experience.
Essential Requirements:
• Degree level qualification
• A passion for developing a career in human resources
• Ability to problem solve and deal with quickly changing circumstances yet ensure an emphasis on quality is maintained
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer literacy

• Proven ability
• MS Excel (Advanced Skills)
• Experience of Managing Databases
• Relevant Qualification or part qualification e.g. CIPD would be advantageous
