Description:

This candidate has potential for advancement to Sr. Superintendent.
Prior experience as trade foreman or Engineering/CM degree with minimum 5 years construction experience.

Duties include:

Assist in coordination of contractors or supervision of crafts within a discipline.

Observe and interfaces with contractors or trades to monitor work performance, progress, and productivity of crafts.
Provide liaison between Superintendent and contractors or crafts to insure construction complies with drawings and specifications.
