COMPLIANCE/QUALITY ADMINISTRATOR

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the development and maintenance of documentation supporting risk assessments and compliance with global standards including CE, MDG15 and others
• Plan and conduct internal audits, updating process changes in consultation with process owners and providing results to the Manager of Compliance
• Facilitate client initiated audits. Coordinate and host audits and inspections
• Lead company-side effort for maintaining ISO 9001:2008 certification.
• Enforce compliance with internal procedures
• Manage and provide internal SOP and ISO compliance training
• In-house liaison for quality issues
• Lead investigations of production/quality problems with manufactured products

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in review and documentation of specifications and document control
• Sound knowledge of ISO standards, procedures and conducting of quality audits
• Preference will be given to candidates with ISO internal audit background
• Minimum of five years experience working in manufacturing environment
• Excellent organizational and technical writing skills
• Presentation skills including administering employee training sessions
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and MS Office in general
