Maintenance Planner/ Scheduling Superintendent
Our client in St. John's, Newfoundland is looking for a Maintenance Planning/Scheduling Superintendent.
This is a great opportunity to join this large international company and become a critical part of the initial design and implementation of a maintenance planning and scheduling system.
Responsibilities:
- This position coordinates with other supervisors, managers and employees to ensure common purpose and direction regarding maintenance activities within the facility.
- The position is responsible for leading all maintenance planning activities and for monitoring and analyzing maintenance reports, work orders and history to optimize effective and efficient procedures, planning, and to direct scheduling activities.
- The position is responsible for maintaining all plans and procedures as well as all other documentation necessary for safe and proper performance of maintenance activities.
Education:
- Red Seal Interprovincial Journeyperson Certification (CET Preferred)
Experience:
- 8 - 10 years experience in maintenance planning and hands on technical maintenance work in a complex industrial environment
