SQL Analyst

Job Description:

[Company] is looking for an experienced SQL Analyst. The SQL Analyst is responsible for designing and managing technical solutions using Open Text Content Server with specific emphasis on Records Management and OCC. This is a technical role which requires expertise in SQL application development, configuring Open Text Taxonomy and creating workflows, as well as object-oriented programming skills, understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, .NET application architecture, Web services, XML and Web application security.

Must be able to proficiently:

Solve functional and technical problems
Work on multiple projects and organize to adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities
Follow specific instructions while maintaining acceptable established standards of work performance and conduct
Demonstrate necessary and consistent energy, as well as acceptable mental and physical dexterity, for the satisfactory completion of the essential duties as summarized and defined
Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and the continuous ability to work in and promote a team oriented atmosphere
Perform other job responsibilities and duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field required
Experience with SharePoint development
Experience with ECM and Records Management experience desirable
SQL Server 2005/2008
Microsoft.Net framework, ASP.NET, Server and User Controls, Web Services, IIS
Relational database technologies, SQL and stored procedures
Visual Studio.NET
Understanding of HTML/XML, JavaScript, JQuery
Thorough understanding of the coal industry is a plus
Experience in supporting computer applications in the business environment
Committed to continuous learning and personal development
Willingness and ability to find and master new tools and technologies
Motivated to drive improvements/change - continuously looking for ways things can be done better
