IT Business Systems Manager

Our company has been invited to bid to supply program management services to support the long term multi-billion dollar development of a major mine site in South Australia. 

The client is one of the world’s largest mining organizations.   The program management services will be embedded in an integrated project team with client personnel and will span up to 5 years.   The mine operation involves excavation and processing of copper, gold and uranium from a world-class ore body. 
 
The project scope involves mine infrastructure, a desalination plant, an airport, major process plant, power supply, Transmission line, rail connection, accommodation complex, all with staged increases over a 10 year time-span.   This will be a challenging project supported by excellence in program delivery services. 
 
Adelaide based, we will be looking for an Information Manager (Program)

This position is responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving quality assurance and environmental management systems to meet recognised standards. Duties include developing and implementing formal standards and regulatory codes appropriate to the project’s needs; liaison with certification bodies to ensure audits are conducted and corrective actions are implemented; ensuring that performance indicators are identified and reported; implementing appropriate statistical and quality tools to monitor and improve business performance; and, ensuring the developing and implementation of quality assurance and business improvement training for project team members
