On a daily basis you will use not only your basic field skills but also your problem solving skills.
With an even mix of field based and office based work, you will undertake responsibilities such as flora and/or fauna surveys, habitat assessments, vegetation mapping, data analysis and report writing, stakeholder engagement and project management. You will also responsible for project managing and leading a team of junior professionals.
The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified with a relevant degree and post-graduate experience in field ecology, consultanting and reporting. Your field skills and flora and/or fauna identification skills and survey methodologies will be above average as a direct result of your passion for your field and your sturdy work-ethic.
