Job Description
Working on multiple projects you will be centrally responsible for understanding package scopes, current work status and liaising with project engineering and contracts staff to maintain current package forecasts.

As Lead/Senior Cost Engineer you will be responsible ensuring that budgets and schedules run in a timely and cost efficient manner in addition to:

• Conducting schedule analysis.
• Developing project forecasts for costs and dates.
• Implement financial controls and authorisation of expenditure.
• Conduct cash flow projections.
• Liaise with project team members.
• Report on monthly KPI’s.

The Successful Applicant
With a cost or scheduling background within an engineering field you will possess a minimum of 8 years major construction project experience working in cost control environment. On site project experience is highly regarded and degree qualifications in a technical discipline such as engineering or science is essential.
