Our client is the market leader in the supply of lubricants and lubrication services to the Mining Industry. With worldwide offices and over 100 years of history in Australia they are an outstanding company and offer a brilliant career opportunity for the right person.

A new role has arisen for a Business Development Manager. In this role you will create new business with global mining companies on the East Coast. You are a strategic thinker who will drive the development and delivery of products and services into these key accounts. You are innovative and have strong commercial acumen. Fundamentally you are leader who is looking to make their mark in a top shelf organisation.

You have demonstrated experience working within large businesses to bring together bid teams and deliver compelling customer propositions. Tertiary qualified (Business or Engineering), you have strong written and presentation skills as well as an ability to understand and communicate product information, financials, pricing strategies, logistics and technical services.

Technically, you may or may not have industry experience. What you will have is an entrepreneurial spirit. Utilising your experience in key account management, with a significant time spent in strategic and complex accounts, you have demonstrated an ability to successfully build relationships with key and senior stakeholders. You understand their needs and work with them to set and deliver effective plans. The base salary is $85-$130 + 12 % super + an additional non - superannuable fixed cash component.
