The Opportunity
As one of the world’s largest mining and resource companies, our client has earned a reputation for taking a long-term and responsible approach towards all aspects of its business. As they look to significantly expand their copper and gold operations in central New South Wales, an opportunity has been created for an Environmental Advisor.
 
The Role
You will play a key role in working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the operating site is meeting all environmental compliance obligations. You will work closely alongside and gain valuable experience from an experienced Manager on this industry leading mining operation.
 
To be successful you will bring:

  • Experience with EMS risk assessment and auditing
  • An engaging personality and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Environmental experience in mining, consulting, construction or heavy industry.  
  • A Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or engineering.
