They have extensive experience within both design & construct, and working to the client / architects plan (hard money).
  
My client is seeking a Business Development Manager to enable it to take the next step in its growth plans.   You will be responsible for enabling a stronger presence in the market, getting its name on tender lists (new clients), and increasing turnover.
  
The successful applicant will work out of well appointed offices in Melbourne's south east, for a company which consistently seeks out opportunity for further growth.  You'll join a group of people who pride themselves on professionalism and giving the client an enjoyable experience.  You'll work alongside Directorship who are keen to support their personnel and have them succeed.

• a background in commercial main contractor fitout 
• a desire to interact with people and build relationships 
• a demonstrated ability to network (including cold approaches) 

This role is being set up as a long term one, so the role is permanent with a full time salary.  An incentive scheme will also be established to reward for the successful outcomes you contribute to.
