A career opportunity to join a Contracting Infrastructure business currently focused on building current market offering and value proposition. This is a strategically open ended and a step up opportunity to the CEO for the right person.
 
The spotlight on the position will be winning contestable works, shaping delivery and capability yet ultimately responsible and accountable for revenue generation at a risk profile established through the CEO and Board level. As a senior manager, the Manager Contestable Markets shall ensure a consistent approach to estimating adopted across the business. This will include deliverables in market penetration, revenues, quality, project and profit objectives with in a safe and environmentally responsible approach. Working with the Design, Business Systems, Accounts & IT, and Construction Business Unit's to realise/maximise business opportunity. 
 
You're experience in commercial/industrial/infrastructure, construction, high risk civil construction including electrical, oil, water or gas is preferred. In addition, you'll have a demonstrated ability in organisational and cost management, with the ability to track and manage project costs and implement steps to maximise profit. As well as, possess an extensive understanding of construction standards and practices background having working in or around the contracting/project markets.

Be degree qualified in construction management or a related field or equivalent demonstrated competencies gained through structured training and/or experience. Further post Graduate qualifications would be desirable.
