Project Quality Control Advisor

This is your opportunity to work for a results-focused consultancy that provides EPCM services to the mining, minerals and energy resource sectors. Key Responsibilities
  • The Project Quality Control Advisor performs a support role in assisting multi-discipline teams to deliver Projects on the clients existing certified management system.
  • The position is required to promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement
The following experience/skills are required for this position
  • Relevant qualifications (technical/engineering). This role spans multi-disciplinary requirements, i.e. earthworks, steel fabrication, mechanical, piping, high and low voltage electrical, and communications installation. The candidate must be conversant in the requirements of other disciplines outside their area of expertise in order to liaise with and manage specialist discipline inspectors as required.
  • Formal training in QA/QC methodologies with experience in a Project Quality role.
  • Detailed knowledge of Quality Management standard AS/NZS ISO 9001. 
  • An understanding of business processes.
 Desirable
  • AS/NZS ISO 9001 Auditor qualification.
  • Experience in resources industry/Engineering/EPCM.
  • Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement.
