Planner Chief

Our client is urgently looking a Planner Chief for a client based in the Northern Cape.

Minimum Requirements

  • Trade Test Certificate/Certificate in Maintenance Management

Job Specification

  • The successful candidate must have functional knowledge of assets management systems, procurement, material control and processes as well as maintenance theory related to crushing, screening and conveyors.
  • She/he must have in-depth knowledge in the Mine and Safety Act and other applicable legislation relevant to standard operating procedures.
  •  Must have intermediate computer literacy in the MS Suite, MES, Jde, or equivalent database systems. 
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 8 years maintenance experience as an Engineering Foreman or Planner and be trade tested or have a Certificate in Maintenance Management. 
  • Must have a valid code B/EB driver?s licence.
