Job Description:
- You will be responsible for the safe and environmentally sustainable operation of plant assets. Lead person responsible for synthesis unit when shift supervisor is unavailable. Comply with all regulatory safety and environmental requirements. Be able to participate in implementation of major maintenance activities and outage planning. Conduct chemical readings and make adjustments as necessary.
- Ability to operate DCS systems
- Ability to read and understand P&IDs, mechanical and electrical schematics (drawings)
- Minimum 5 years specialty or chemical plant operation required
- Distillation process knowledge required
- Ability to perform Maintenance
- AIDT training strongly preferred
- GED required. Vocational or technical degree is preferred
