SAP Supply Process Lead

This company is at the forefront of the mining industry with a commitment to sustainability as well as innovation and development. As a result they are currently executing a cross-functional SAP roll out and require a functional and technical expert to develop the Supply processes. 

The core responsibilities within this interim assignment include: 
  • Develop, document and govern the SAP processes for the Supply division. 
  • Communicate and lead the organisational change program throughout the business 
  • Identify, recruit and project manage the functional representative team for preparation and implementation activites 
  • Establish the Key User Network within the Supply team 
  • Risk mitigation 
The successful candidate must have a progressive background in inventory and warehouse management with a proven track record in large scale supply system implementation projects. In addition you will possess: 
  • Excellent working knowledge of SAP &/or large scale ERP/MRP implementations 
  • Extensive exposure to strategic sourcing, category & contracts management 
  • Passion and aptitude for implementing organisational change 
  • Excellent skills in process gap identification and solution design 
  • The ability to simplify, streamline and define processes 
  • Advanced influencing, communication and leaderships skills
