Accounts Service Desk Officer

The Accounts Service Desk Officer acts as a support system to site and vendors. The Service Desk represents the Accounts, Expense and Cash Management Team. It is the first point of call for queries relating to financial transactions.

Your responsibilities will be:
Providing transactional and administrative support for Accounting processes including:
  • Phone and email queries (from Site users and Vendors)
  • Processing of invoices when required
  • Phone queries on basic expense management queries
  • Escalate vendor / customer AP queries when resolution cannot be found.
  • Participate in the adoption of improved business practice that improves efficiency.
  • Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with set KPI's.

This position is being offered as a 3 month Contract through Gel Group with a conversion to permanent staff after the initial 3 month probationary period.
