Mining Manager

Our client is looking for a mining manager who will strategically align operational and corporate goals. Lead and motivate the mining team of a large Gold Mining Operation. Facilitate the successful integration of all discipline within the operation to facilitate a production build up of the Kusasalethu new mine. Facilitate the enhancement of performance towards achieving and exceeding productions targets within budget. Accept responsibility for a healthy and safe environment.

Requirements

• BSC degree in Metalliferous Mining
• A post graduate business qualification e.g. MBA although not necessary
• A minimum of 10 years in a metalliferous mining of which you must be in a senior production managerial position
• A Mine Managers certificate of competence
• Be medically fit to work in a Mining Industry
• Be in possession of a valid drivers license and have own transport
• Be computer literate
• Have an excellent English Communications skills , both verbally and written
