Mechanical Designer
Description and Desired Qualifications
- You will be responsible for delivering quality HVAC design solutions that meet our client and project specifications while working within a multidiscipline engineering team. You should be a self-motivated professional designer with experience working on wet and dry HVAC systems and have a desire to grow personally as well as professionally with each new HVAC design job.
Our Mechanical Designers:
- Perform heating and cooling load calculations
- Determine HVAC equipment selection
- Size, design, layout of HVAC, hydronic, and process systems
- Provide coordination between design disciplines and assist in the production of detailed mechanical drawings including plans and P&ID's
- Additional Information: Relocation assistance is NOT available for this position. CH2M HILL Will Not sponsor an employment visa (e.g., H-1B visa, etc.) to fill this position.
Basic Qualifications
- Project experience working with AutoCAD MEP and Navisworks
- Experience working on high-tech or industrial manufacturing tool install projects doing mechanical design
- 10+ years of mechanical design experience
