Are you our next Laborer?

• We are currently seeking a Laborer for our Four Corners or Wingate, Florida location.  This person will perform plant or mine cleanup of spills.  Washes down area.  Uses equipment such as shovel, pry bar, water hoses, brooms to clean floors, tanks, hoppers chutes, conveyors, sumps, launders and unchoke pipes, pumps and pipelines.
• We are currently recruiting for multiple positions.

What will you do?

• Cleans up spillage using manual labor and small equipment (bobcat, small tractor).
• Change neoprene in polydeck screens (plant); Assists in replacing fittings / pipelines (mine); assists in packing pumps.
• Removes build up around equipment; cleans strainers and marina screens and uses large overhead hoist.
• Maintains landscaping and housekeeping in plant and mine areas; Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Trains for step up into higher level positions (Plant Utility in Plant area; Hyd Fitter, Roving Hyd Oper Helper, Hyd Fitter, Asst Prewasher Oper in Mine).

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior mining, chemical plant, or heavy industrial work experience desired.
• Ability and willingness to perform heavy lifting and heavy physical work in outside hot or cold and humid conditions.
• Ability to work shift work, at heights, around moving machinery; ability and desire to train for other positions.
• Ability to function well as part of a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
