Our client is part of a large European concern.
  • They require a candidate for their Research team based in Johannesburg reporting to the Head of Mining. 
  • The successful applicant will be confident and articulate with an excellent command of English and good public speaking skills. 
  • He/ she would ideally have a commercial qualification with an Accounts major. 
  • This person would probably be working for a Mining House in the finance department. 
  • Knowledge of the supply and demand of commodities (Coal, gold, or platinum etc) and exposure to commodities trading is essential to secure an interview.
  • To start with the individual will assist with big company research and have the opportunity to move up into the role of an analyst.
