Executive Director

This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual with extensive strategic business acumen, financial management and leadership skills to grow and further develop the Division to a sustainable business outside South Africa.

The successful candidate will partner with all Executive Directors and work collaboratively with a high-performance management team to ensure the company's success in Africa and abroad.

Requirements:

• Exp in Business development and financing of infrastructure development such as water and sanitation, roads, energy,mining etc.
• Extensive experience of doing business in Africa
• A proven track record in top management leadership
• An MBA will be a distinct advantage
• A good understanding of French is a must
• Minimum 10 years experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Business development in Africa and abroad
• Strategic Partnership coordination in Africa and abroad
• Drive the Mining Profit Centre capability across the business value chain and programme management processes
• Integration, coordination and implementation of current infrastructure development projects outside South Africa
• Management Leadership (People management, Performance management and financial management
