Project Manager, Lean
Position Summary
- As the Project Manager, LEAN, you will drive improvements in business performance using Lean Enterprise Six Sigma Technologies improving Quality in Global Sales and Marketing. Your key responsibilities will be to improve Market-to-Quote business processes and reduce defects. Act as an individual contributor who will lead global process improvement projects within a function in order to achieve improved processes and cost control. It is preferred that this position be based in Milwaukee, WI. Travel requirements: 10%.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of three years minimum experience in Global Sales, Marketing and/or Channel Operations.
- Six Sigma Trained or possess a strong working knowledge of continuous improvement practices (ex. DMAIC, DFSS etc.).
- Demonstrated understanding of transactional measurement and benchmarking tools.
- Demonstrated understanding of Market-to-Quote processes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Black Belt Certification.
