  • We are currently seeking a dynamic Administrative Professional to join our team as our Regional Office Administrator.  In this role you will be an integral part of growing our business and team in the region!  You will be the "GO-TO" person for our team of award winning engineers in a variety of functions.
  • This is a wonderful opportunity for a results driven, process oriented candidate to join our fast paced team!

Skills and Qualifications         

  • Under supervision, the Regional Office Secretary provides support to all members of the assigned regional office by performing various secretarial and clerical tasks.
  • The Regional Office Secretary generally performs tasks that may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Provides secretarial assistance to office staff members
  • Transcribes material in any form (i.e. handwritten, dictaphone, disk, etc.) into letters, memoranda, reports, specifications, proposals, forms, etc.
  • Proficient in use and application of PC and word processing software
  • Produces typed and final copy of reports, tables, correspondence, proposals, listings, etc. using standard formats and language used by the firm
  • Proofreads own work for accuracy and format
  • Performs filing, copying, and collating as required
  • Maintains files
  • Maintains and updates records as instructed
  • Schedules appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements at the request of office staff
  • Records meetings minutes as required
  • Provides back-up support to administrative staff
  • Assumes duties of lower level administrative staff as req.
