Job Description
Focus of Role

• The focus of the role is to deliver the Project in terms of safety, people, margin, quality and time
• Operational Project performance
• Financial and commercial outcome of the project
• Planning and decision making
• Understands and applies current technologies to the Project
• Spatial complexity project
• Horizontal complexity relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, external service providers, internal staff and across peer companies in an industry sector
• Vertical complexity EGM Construction operations to Supt, Project and Site Engineers, supervisors, foremen and admin project & Corporate staff
• Accountable for growth in capability and performance of the Projects

Requirement

• Tertiary qualifications in engineering or equivalent experience and qualifications
• Minimum of 7 years in the construction or contracting industry in either rail, roads, marine, water or heavy earthworks projects
• Demonstrated leadership skills and competency
• Refined interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in remote locations on flyin/flyout rotation schedules
• Senior First Aid Certificate

Package

• Basic salary: ranges from E130K pa to E140K pa depending upon experience.
• Site allowance: 35-40% of Basic salary
• Superannuation (pension) contribution
• Total Package: E180K - 190K
• Rosters are generally 15 days onsite followed by 6 days R&R Relocation Costs
