The Role
As part of the Sales or Engineering Team based in Perth, this role will provide support to the external salespeople and well established customer base.
Your duties in this role include providing minor technical support, answering queries, preparing and submitting quotes to customers, managing customer accounts, orders, and building strong relationships with customers.
This role will assist you in building a superior knowledge of this company’s products and solutions and with a supportive and mentoring management you will excel your career. From this role you will be able to progress your career further into sales or engineering within the company.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Engineering Degree in either Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics
- A background in Mining, Oil and Gas, Water or Power Generation in process control
- Experience with PLC’s DCS, SCADA and/or instrumentation
- Experience preparing quotes and providing solutions to product queries
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team
