Partnering & Projects Manager

Partnering and Projects Manager - Eskom

Candidate must be willing to visit all ESKOM sites on a regular basis

Salary Scale: R581 000 - R757 000 per annum

Role Purpose:

Manage the Eskom partnering agreement and all project related requirements
Specific Responsibilities (not limited to)
Plan and control all business operating requirements, i.e. finance, labour and sales to support Eskom partnering agreement requirements
Plan, delegate and control team members tasks so achieve project deliverables
Mentor and coach team members to achieve job performance
Recruit, train and conduct performance management reviews for team
Skills and Attributes Required
Prepare financial reports
Sales and project management skills
Specialist knowledge in agreement management, preparation and control
Attributes (be able to)

Job Description

Implement CSS Strategies to ensure that the partnering agreement is operated
Manage the personnel and infrastructure of sties at power stations
Ensure that the resources are effectively applied and general value to CSS
Addressing complaints and resolving problems

Experience Required
5 years experience in project management
5 years experience in pump repair and operation

Qualifications Required

Trade / Diploma in engineering field
Certificate/Diploma in business management
