Role Purpose:

• Manage the Eskom partnering agreement and all project related requirements

Minimum Requirements
Specific Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Plan and control all business operating requirements, i.e. finance, labour and sales to support Eskom partnering agreement requirements
• Plan, delegate and control team members tasks so achieve project deliverables
• Mentor and coach team members to achieve job performance
• Recruit, train and conduct performance management reviews for team

Job Description

• Implement CSS Strategies to ensure that the partnering agreement is operated
• Manage the personnel and infrastructure of sties at power stations
• Ensure that the resources are effectively applied and general value to CSS
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems

Experience Required

• 5 years experience in project management
• 5 years experience in pump repair and operation

Qualifications Required

• Trade / Diploma in engineering field
• Certificate/Diploma in business management
