Chartered Geotechnical Engineer

We have an urgent requirement for a chartered geotechnical design engineer for international, multidisciplinary consultancy based in Surrey.

Reporting to the head of department, the successful candidate will provide technical support for projects in a variety of sectors including railway, marine, energy, structural and infrastructure.

We are seeking chartered engineers who have expertise in deep and shallow foundation design, retaining and gravity embedded wall design, earthworks assessment and first class report writing skills.

Suitable applicants will also have first class communication skills as client liaison and team management will form a large part of the role.

It is essential that candidates have an academic background in Civil Engineering ideally with a further qualification in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
