Maintenance Foreman

Description

  • The Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for; but not limited to:
  • Supervising the installation and maintenance of well head instrumentation, well head compressor installations, plunger lift controls installation and chemical set up installations for producing wells
  • Direct reports can be maintenance technician and a mix of company and contract employees
  • The position will work closely with counterparts responsible for the producing assets to ensure consistency, efficiency and teamwork
  • Challenges for the future will include maximizing benefits of gas well de-watering, gas compression, and gas and water measurement.
  • Ensure that all company and contract employees remain in compliance with Safety and Environmental rules and regulations
  • Supervise installation and maintenance of hi-low calibration on safety system and value maintenance, wellhead and gas lift compression, chemical set ups on old and new wells, and plunger lift systems
  • Install and maintain calibration of tubing transducers, casing transducers, and gas and water measurement devices
  • Maintain good records and reports of scheduled maintenance and of performed maintenance
  • Train less experienced Maintenance Technicians
  • Maintain good working relationship to ensure that the company lives its values with key stakeholders, including contract companies, regulatory agencies and members of the public
